Sizing runs a little small, but customer service helped me exchange it fast.

At first she wouldn’t tolerate it at all, but I kept trying it and now she leaves it on. However I got it for thunderstorms and we haven’t had any since I got it 3 days ago. I hope it will calm her down during a storm.

My hated them
The strap under the chin is very uncomfortable for the dog. It’s ruff and doesn’t look like the photo plus the ear muffs are cheap. Also the small size is very small for a 12 lb dog not the way you advertise it barley fits over her ears
I used these muffs on my Service Dog during a recent flight. She is extremely nervous during landing and take off. These helped damper the noise. She was still nervous but not to the same degree as before.
